The only personal data that reaches us is what you send us voluntarily, by writing to info@eurekalanguage.com or by calling: your name, your email address, your telephone number and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange your language support. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then for the legal period applicable to contractual relationships. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
